Vaala Studios is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, and other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which courts treat as the de facto benchmark. Building to 2.2 AA also covers the earlier 2.1 AA criteria that much existing case law references.

How we built this site

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks
• A skip link and a visible keyboard focus indicator on every control
• Color contrast that targets the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds
• Text that resizes and reflows without loss of content or function
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages
• Respect for the reduce-motion preference

Honest limitations

Automated tools catch only part of all accessibility issues, and no site is ever perfectly accessible. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished state. If something on this site does not work for you, we want to know so we can fix it.
